Le Petit Parc
Experience
The “Petit Parc” was designed like a small village, allowing you to stay as a couple in one of its chalets or to book all eight units. The chalets combine modern comfort with a warm atmosphere, while preserving the essence of 2800 du Parc: wood-burning stoves and raw materials evoking the rustic charm of our century-old barn.
At the heart of the “Petit Parc,” you’ll find a common area, a true gathering point for your projects and events, whatever their nature.
For example:
- A group of cyclists setting up camp here before exploring the park, then returning to enjoy a shared BBQ in the center;
- A company looking to organize a team-building activity, with workshops to strengthen team cohesion;
- A family or group of friends wanting to celebrate Christmas, New Year’s, or simply get together for no particular reason.

Frequently asked questions
-
Which chalet do you recommend for a stay for two people?
We recommend one of the eight chalets at Petit Parc or the Pilois Sud and Nord chalets. Petit Parc chalets are suitable for a child under 2 years old, with a portable baby bed provided on request. For children aged 2 to 12, the Pilois chalets have a sofa bed, although space is rather limited.
Which chalet do you recommend for a family or group stay?
We recommend one of the four Aventures chalets (for 4 to 6 people), the Chrétien (for 4 people) or the Doucet (for 14 people). For a group of 8 pairs, we suggest booking the Petit Parc in full, which offers a central common area.
What is the difference between the Petit Parc and the Adventure Chalets?
Le Petit Parc was designed like a village, allowing you to stay as a couple in one of its chalets or to book all of its eight units. These chalets combine the comfort and modernity of a hotel room with an authentic atmosphere, integrating the rustic charm of Le 2800 du Parc with a wood fireplace and raw materials inspired by our century-old barn.
The Chalets Aventures are rustic cabins equipped with bunk beds, ideal as a base camp for a family or a group wishing to explore the La Mauricie National Park during the day and meet in a friendly space in the evening.
Do all the chalets offer a view of the Saint-Maurice River?
No, only certain chalets offer a view of the river: Cadorette, Quessy, Pilois Nord et Sud, Chrétien, and Doucet. However, other spaces have been set up to allow you to also enjoy the view and spend time by the water.
Do all cabins have a wood fireplace?
All chalets are equipped with a wood fireplace, except for Pilois Nord and Sud.
Are all chalets fully equipped?
Yes, all chalets have a full kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom.
Do your chalets have televisions?
We promote a return to basics and a disconnection from the virtual. However, the Chrétien and Doucet chalets are equipped with a television.
