We recommend one of the eight chalets at Petit Parc or the Pilois Sud and Nord chalets. Petit Parc chalets are suitable for a child under 2, with a portable crib available on request. For children aged 2 to 12, the Pilois chalets have a sofa bed, although space is rather limited.

We recommend one of the four Adventure Chalets (for 4 to 6 people), Le Chrétien (for 4 people), or Le Doucet (for 16 people). For a group of eight pairs, we recommend booking all of Petit Parc, which offers a central common area.

No, only certain chalets offer a river view: Cadorette, Quessy, Pilois Nord and Sud, Chrétien, and Doucet. However, other areas have been designed so that you can also enjoy the view and spend time by the water.

Yes, all chalets have a full kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom. In addition, all chalets have a wood-burning fireplace, except Pilois Nord and Sud.

Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m., or from 3:00 p.m. for Petit Parc chalets. You may arrive earlier to explore La Mauricie National Park, the Saint-Maurice River, or enjoy a meal at our restaurant.

If you arrive after reception closes, you will receive an email that day with the code for your key box or digital entry, along with a site map to guide you to your parking space and chalet.

Please vacate the chalet before 11:00 a.m.. Additional fees will apply if the check-out time is not respected.

Our chalets are fully equipped; you only need to bring your personal belongings. Please note that body wash and shampoo are not provided.

From October 1 to April 30, chalets with fireplaces are supplied with eco-friendly firewood, fire starters, and lighters.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our chalets.

In summer, enjoy our outdoor terrace and grounds overlooking the Saint-Maurice River and the mountains. In winter, warm up by the indoor fireplace in our century-old barn.

We are open daily from 8:30 a.m. for coffee and a selection of breakfast options.

Yes, you will always find at least one gluten-free and vegetarian option on our menu. We also offer oat milk for your coffee!

You may bring your own cake. However, please note that a fee of $1.50 per guest, plus taxes, will apply. This fee does not include cutting the cake.

The mezzanine is free for groups of 35 people or more. For groups of 25 to 34 people, it may be reserved at no charge, but other guests may be seated at tables on the mezzanine. If you would like complete privacy for a group of this size, a fee of $250 plus taxes will apply.

Yes, during the summer season, you can reserve a table on the terrace for dinner service. Simply mention it when booking online or by phone.

However, from June to October, we accept lunch reservations only for groups of six or more. For smaller groups, you may come directly to the restaurant, and our team will do its best to find you a place on the terrace.

Yes. If no private event is scheduled on the grounds, you may enjoy a drink at our lookout or on the chairs by the water. However, we do not provide service beyond the terrace, so you will need to order your drinks inside the restaurant.

You can see the river from our terrace. However, if you’d like to be closer to the water, you can order takeout and eat at our gazebo, provided there are no private events planned on the grounds. We kindly ask that you take your dishes home with you after your meal.

Yes. We have three boat mooring spaces. If they are available, you can dock and come to eat at the restaurant. However, we do not guarantee dock availability and do not accept reservations for them.

You can also come by snowmobile when the river trail is marked. We recommend checking the trails before your arrival. Please also note that access to our property from the river can be difficult.

While we focus on sporting events, business events, and weddings, we like to say we’re a super inclusive and diverse venue, as we host all kinds of gatherings throughout the year.

We host private events such as wellness and creative retreats, workshops and conferences, fundraisers, and all kinds of parties: family gatherings, retirement parties, reunions, end-of-year parties, baby showers… In short, there’s really something for everyone!

Our venue offers a variety of spaces, both private and shared, with some requiring accommodation.

Rooms

• To ensure comfort and smooth flow, the “Grange aux Moines” room can accommodate up to 90 people. During the summer season, the adjacent terrace can accommodate up to 150 people in total.
• The restaurant’s mezzanine is perfect for groups of up to 40 people.

Accommodations

• Organize your event in one of our accommodations. Located in the heart of the “Petit Parc,” a common area serves as an ideal gathering point. Le Doucet can accommodate 16 people, and the Le Chrétien suite is suitable for groups of 6.

Accommodation is obligatory in only three situations:

1. Reservation of the “Grange aux Moines” after 10 p.m.: To extend the party, you must book three accommodations located near the room: Pilois Sud, Nord, and Chrétien.
2. Wedding: To guarantee exclusive use of the site, reservation of the 16 chalets is obligatory on the day of the wedding. The day before the wedding, the Doucet, Les Pilois (2), Le Chrétien, and Aventure (4) units must be booked.
3. Event in the Petit Parc common area: You must book the 8 accommodation units of the Petit Parc to organize an activity there.

Depending on the number of guests, the season, and the type of event, we offer several options.

For meals, we offer à la carte dishes from our restaurant or our event menu, which includes buffets, lunch boxes, coffee breaks, and table service ranging from one to three courses. You also have the option of using one of our partner caterers.

For drinks, we offer a full service with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, an imported wine list, and a range of specialty coffees. Your guests can order directly from our server team, or we can arrange a customized package in advance, such as a welcome cocktail, a coupon system, or an open bar, according to your preferences.

Please note that bringing or consuming your own food and drinks is not permitted in the “Grange aux Moines,” the restaurant, or on our grounds. In addition, in all cases, taxes and service fees must be added.

If you are a group of forty people or fewer, both options are available.

Restaurant Mezzanine

• This option is ideal if you don’t want to go to too much trouble. You can order from our restaurant menu and decorate the space minimally (balloons, garlands, etc.). You’ll enjoy the warm atmosphere of the restaurant, with music and the energy of the other guests on the main floor.
• The mezzanine is free for groups of 35 people or more. For groups of 25 to 34 people, reservations are free, but other guests may be seated at tables on the mezzanine. If you require complete privacy for this number of people, a fee of $250 plus tax will apply.

“Grange aux Moines” Room

• This option offers more possibilities, flexibility, and greater privacy. You can choose from our dining options (restaurant menu, event menu, or partner caterers), select your music, and even hire a DJ or live singer. You’ll enjoy a private bar service, be able to bring your own decorations, and benefit from a fully enclosed room with a private entrance and direct access to a covered outdoor terrace. You’ll also have the freedom to choose the room layout. Please note that this option requires a deposit and is subject to booking conditions.

The adjacent covered terrace, 20 by 60 feet, offers a gas fireplace and two terrace heaters. You can also enjoy a large outdoor fire pit, a gazebo, and direct access to the Saint-Maurice River.

Not exactly. Our event manager, Véronique, is available to provide you with all the information you need to organize your event, place your food and beverage orders, and, if necessary, connect you with our partners. In addition, our team will take care of the venue setup (tables, tablecloths, chairs, stage, etc.). However, we would like to emphasize that the complete organization of the event remains your responsibility.

Our terms and rates depend on the type of event and various factors such as the number of people, duration, season, day of the week, as well as your accommodation, meal, and beverage requirements. Please feel free to contact Véronique to discuss the details of your event and obtain a quote.

You can choose between our main room and our business suite, both bright and conducive to creativity and networking.

“Grange aux Moines” Room

“Le Chrétien” is also equipped with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. A private panoramic balcony is available for your breaks, and you have access to the common areas, including a large outdoor fireplace, a gazebo, and direct access to the river.

The hall measures 28 by 60 feet. It features a projector with a giant screen, a sound system connected to a smart tablet, a microphone, a lectern, a 6 by 12-foot stage, air conditioning, and high-speed internet access.

For your wedding, 120 chairs (for use in the hall only), 12 round tables, and 12 rectangular tables are available, with tablecloths included (black or black and white striped). The hall includes two restrooms, a cloakroom, and a catering area. The adjacent covered terrace, 20 by 60 feet, offers a gas fireplace and two terrace heaters.

You will have access to a private bar with dedicated beverage service staff. An event supervisor will be present during the day, and a security guard may be on site in the evening if we deem it necessary.

You and your partners can access the venue from 8:30 a.m. on your wedding day and have until noon the following day to clean up and vacate the premises. Access to the venue and the adjacent terrace is also available the day before the wedding for an additional fee.

Absolutely! Most couples choose to hold their ceremony in front of “Le Doucet” accommodation, with its breathtaking view of the Saint-Maurice River, or at our gazebo. For your guests’ comfort, you will need to rent chairs to set up on the lawn. In case of inclement weather, you can opt for the large, covered terrace adjacent to the reception hall or rent a marquee.

The grounds will be available from 8:30 a.m. on the morning of your event for decorating and will be entirely private from the start of your ceremony until the end of the evening.

Starting in 2026, on the wedding day, booking the entire site is required. This includes all 16 of our chalets, which can accommodate approximately 65 people, and guarantees you complete privacy on the grounds. The day before the wedding, the Doucet, Les Pilois (2), Le Chrétien, and Aventure (4) units must be booked.

You and your partners have considerable freedom with the decorations, but it is essential to respect the venue and avoid damaging the walls, the hall, or the grounds. You have access to our furniture, but if you move anything, it is important to handle it carefully and put everything back in its place before noon the day after the event.

Certain items are prohibited, such as confetti balloons, glitter, confetti, candles, sparklers, fireworks, and the use of nails or screws in the walls or on the equipment at 2800 du Parc. For larger decorations, you must obtain permission from Véronique.

Reminders: On the wedding day, decorating can begin at 8:30 a.m. in the hall, the adjacent terrace, and the grounds. If you wish to decorate the hall and the adjacent terrace the day before the wedding, an additional fee will apply. The cleaning and clearing of the premises must be completed before noon the day after your wedding.

For food, you must choose from our event menu or opt for one of our local catering partners. You’ll have a wide range of options for your guests, including appetizer platters, multi-course dinners, desserts, late-night snacks, and a post-wedding brunch.

Please note that in all cases, taxes and service charges are additional.

Your guests can order directly from our serving team, or we can arrange a customized package in advance, such as a welcome cocktail, wine purchases, a coupon system, or an open bar, according to your preferences.

Please note that consuming your own products on the premises, including on the grounds, is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties.

If the doors of the “La Grange aux Moines” hall are closed and the party is mainly taking place indoors, you can celebrate until 2:00 AM. We simply ask that you be respectful of the noise level and turn the music down a bit after 10:00 PM.

Not quite. Our event manager, Véronique, is at your disposal to provide you with all the information necessary to organize your event, place your food and drink orders, and, if necessary, put you in contact with our partners. In the case of a wedding, preparatory visits and supervision on the day of the event are also included. In addition, our team takes care of the layout of the room (tables, tablecloths, chairs, stage, etc.).

However, we would like to point out that the entire organization of the event remains your responsibility.

The venue rental is $2,500 plus tax, with access starting at 8:30 a.m. on the morning of the wedding for decorating. If you wish to access the venue the day before for decorating, the cost is $2,900 plus tax. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

As the rental of the 16 accommodations is mandatory, they will be automatically reserved in your name on our calendar. You will be responsible for assigning them to your guests and collecting their payments.

Beverages must be ordered in advance from our menu. Bottles not consumed by the end of your wedding are non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 31 days before the event. In the event of cancellation between 30 and 60 days prior to the scheduled date, 50% of the remaining invoice amount (venue, accommodation, drinks, and extras) will be charged. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date, the full balance will be due. This clause always applies, except in the event of the death of one or both spouses.
